You can upload your artwork on the product page while placing your order. If the upload is unsuccessful or your files are too large, please contact AA Cetak and provide your order number for assistance.

We will review the order details, payment status and supplied artwork before production. If clarification or a replacement file is required, the order may be placed on hold while we contact you.

Yes. Design options may be selected on supported product pages. For a new or more complex design, please submit a quotation request with the required size, content and reference samples.

Print-ready PDF is generally recommended. AI, EPS or SVG vector files may be required for custom cutting, white ink, Spot UV or other specialised production. Please follow the artwork specifications shown on the relevant product page.

Images should normally be prepared at 300 dpi at the final print size. Low-resolution images may appear blurred or pixelated when printed.

CMYK is recommended for printed products. RGB colours displayed on phones and monitors may change when converted for printing.

No printing process can guarantee a 100% match to every screen. Monitor settings, material, ink, finishing and lighting can all affect the final appearance. Small colour variations are normal.

Vector artwork provides clean paths that production equipment can identify accurately. If white elements are not supplied correctly as vector artwork, they may become transparent or may not print as intended.

Please contact AA Cetak immediately. Changes are only possible if production has not started. A change may affect the production schedule and could involve an additional charge.

Production time begins after payment is confirmed and the final artwork is accepted. Weekends, public holidays, artwork corrections and special finishing may affect the completion date.

Production time varies by product, quantity and finishing. The estimated production time is displayed on the relevant product page or provided in your quotation.

Use the Track Order page and enter the requested order information. If tracking is not yet available, the order may still be in production or awaiting courier collection.

Available delivery services and charges are shown during checkout. Delivery to Sabah, Sarawak or certain remote areas may require additional time and charges.

Contact AA Cetak as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. An address cannot normally be changed after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Courier delivery estimates are not guaranteed because schedules are controlled by the courier. Weather, public holidays, remote locations and operational delays may affect delivery.
